Kathy is a Toronto native and moved to the Durham Region in 1995. Kathy was motivated to become a Realtor after working for Judy and Garry and thoroughly enjoying the industry.

She joined The Stacee-Free Team from initial conception bringing with her years of strong Administrative, Sales, Customer Service and Creative Marketing experience.

She has a fantastic work ethic and enthusiastic approach to her clients. Her focus is on listening to buyers and sellers, keeping in contact and helping to make the right decisions when the time is right.

Anna's real estate career spans two continents. She was born in Belfast, N. Ireland and worked in Real Estate prior to immigrating to Canada. She worked as Branch Secretary for a large Toronto Real Estate Office before taking time to raise her family. Anna re-located to the Durham area where she was involved with a marketing company before joining Judy and Garry at Mincom New Choice Realty 10 years ago.

Since then she has been an integral part of The Stacee-Free Team and is also an Accredited Senior Agent qualified to service the needs of seniors which is the fastest growing demographic group. Anna enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and being involved in community events.

Anna's sincerity, high level of integrity, outgoing personality, as well as her commitment to ensuring her clients satisfaction makes Anna one of our very valued Team members.

Jo-Ann, true friend of the environment, with a license to sell.

Jo-Ann has been our in-house photographer for many years. Better known as "MinCom Jo", she photographs and prepares all our Virtual Tours and Brochures. She is very creative with her work. Previously Jo-Ann had her own business in the health and wellness industry.

Quick with a smile and a joke, she's in love with Brad Pitt and would like to list his house just to meet him.

Jo-Ann can be seen out and about in the community driving the MinCom car.

John, his wife Melanie & their young family moved to the Durham Region in 1989 taking up residence in the Whitby area. After working for over 31 years in the communications sector, John joined the Stacee-Free Team at Mincom New Choice Realty Ltd. For the past couple of years John has also managed his own company developing properties to create rental income opportunities.

John and his wife are active members of the Oshawa Cycling Club, cycling along the many trails of Durham Region. John also enjoys networking opportunities with the Durham Contact Business Exchange. John's many interests include golfing, woodworking and photography.

John has a good knowledge of the Durham Region and will strive to ensure that your search for the ideal family home is successful!

Don has been in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. For 10 of those years, Don sold New Homes in the Durham Region. Don is also an Accredited Buyers Agent.

He has a wonderful fun side. His speciality is BBQ-ing. Don is proud of being a member of the "Big Green Egg" Club.

He also enjoys playing the guitar for friends & family. Married to Susan, they have two adult daughters, Jennifer & Stephanie.

Don is an avid boater, car buff and enjoys live music.
